BILANCIA: Jurnal Studi Ilmu Syariah dan Hukum, strongly opposes plagiarism. Plagiarism is defined as the practice of using another author’s words, sentences, or ideas, and pretending that as one’s own original work.

Authors must write the original work completely, and if the author used others’ words or works, they must be quoted appropriately. Any ideas or words taken verbatim from other sources need to be clearly identified as different from the original text by (1) indentation, (2) use of quotation marks, and (3) identification of the source.
