Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Papers submitted for publication must conform to the following guidelines:

  1. Unpublished manuscript, typed in Indonesian, English, or Arabic with 1.5 spacing on A4 or letter paper. The maximum number of 25 pages. handout submitted in MS Word (including abstract, bibliography and appendix if any).
  2. The article can be loaded include research, education, social and religiouseach article accompanied by: (a) the title. (b) the abstract along approximately 200 words (in Indonesian language and English. (c) keywords. (d) Name of the author, institution and e-mail. (e) Introduction that contains: (i) Background, (ii) problems, objectives and benefits of research (f) Reader Review. (g) Methodology. (h). Conclusions and implications. (j) References (k) Annex if any).
  3. The paper is sent to load (1) title, (2) the author's name (without academic degrees), (3) the institution of scientific activities carried out, (4) E-mail, (5) abstract (in Bahasa Indonesia and English), 6) the introduction, (7) discussion, (8) cover, and (9) bibliography. 
  4. The procedure for presentation of quotations using the footnote.
  5. References presented in alphabetical and chronological arrangement. For example:

Book:

 Another provision of the referral/citation:

In the citation, ibid. still used, but not for the op. cit. or loc. cit. In lieu op. cit. or loc cit, simply written piece author last name followed by the title of the cited references and page number.

Example: Nasution, Islam ..., h. 20.

Author name in the bibliography written alphabetically (AZ) to the exclusion of "al" (Alif Lam ma'rifah) in Arabic author names.

example:
