<p style="text-align: justify;"><img style="float: left; margin: 0px 10px 10px 12px; width: auto; height: 300px;" src="/public/site/images/admin/rausyan-fikr-cover.jpg"><strong>Rausyan Fikr: Jurnal Ilmu Studi Ushuluddin dan Filsafat</strong> is an academic peer-reviewed journal that publishes the current articles and result of research of the scholars and student who are deeply concerned with theology and philosophy issues. <p><em>The phenomenon of childfree has not only become a western culture, but has spread and developed even in the Muslim-majority country of Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to examine the phenomenon of childfree in Muslim couples and find its correlation with Richard Rorty's Neo Pragmatism. The type of research is library research that uses a qualitative approach. The results of his research are, there are several Muslim couples who are married, choosing not to have children or childfree. There are two factors that make couples choose childfree, namely external factors and internal factors. External factors, including poor economic conditions, difficulty finding work, inadequate living facilities, national policy, individualism, community irreligion and influence of western mindsets on changes in the value of children in the family. Internal factors include the couple's attitude towards their partner's choice, decision maturity and family experience. This fact proves that the thinking of Muslim couples has now begun to leave traditionalist thinking and turn to modernism. Neo-pragmatism prioritises the importance of individual choice in determining one's own values and behaviour without being bound by existing dogmas or norms, so Rorty's understanding can be used to better understand and respect Muslim couples who decide not to have children.</em></p>Yeni Mafiah

<p><em>This paper discusses the interpretation of QS. al-Nisa’ (4): 59 by Sayyid Qutb in his interpretation of fi Dzilal Al-Qur'an. One of the prolific scholars, who had an influential mind, was also involved in practical practice. His interpretation is often referred to as the interpretation of barakah. This is included in the type of research that is qualitative. Using a descriptive-analytic data processing system with work instruments that are library research. This study uses Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) or Fairclough's critical discourse analysis, which confirms the relationship between language use and social reality dialogue and interaction. Sayyid Qutb's interpretation of the QS. al-Nisa’ (4): 59, explains a justification in a state with an Islamic dimension. According to him, only one form of state can support the Islamic government, namely an Islamic state (dar al-Islam). The model of government must be following Islamic law. If not then he believes in the scared. As for obeying ulil amri is a continuation of obeying Allah and the Messenger. Obedience to the government or ulil amri stated in the interpretation contains a mandate that must be enforced. The view of the Qur'an states that obedience to the leader is an indication of faith. Sayyid Qutb's interpretation gave birth to his unique understanding. Even the context he faced at that time. The conditions behind it also had a considerable influence on it.</em></p>Misbah Hudri

<p><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penafsiran takdir oleh ustadz Adi Hidayat dalam QS. al-A’la/87:3 di YouTube, menganalisis tanggapan netizen terhadap penafsiran ustadz Adi Hidayat tentang takdir di YouTube, dan menganalisis implikasi terhadap netizen di YouTube terkait penafsiran makna takdir oleh ustadz Adi Hidayat. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teori hermeneutika dan teori etnografi virtual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, menurut ustadz Adi Hidayat dalam penafsirannya tentang takdir, qadar adalah mengatur, mengendalikan tatakelola kehidupan dan merupakan ketetapan Allah pada setiap hamba yang dikukuhkan sejak dalam masa kandungan dan tidak akan berubah sampai wafat menghadap Allah Swt. Sedangkan qadha adalah keputusan Allah yang menetapkan segala hal berdasar dengan kebijakan-Nya mengenai sistem kehidupan. Kemudian takdir merupakan keadaan dan kesesuaian pada setiap yang menimpa makhluk dan maslahatnya. Adapun tanggapan netizen terhadap penafsiran yang dilakukan oleh ustadz Adi Hidayat tentang takdir terdapat tiga kelompok yaitu, tanggapan positif berupa kalimat persetujuan, kemudian tanggapan negatif berupa kalimat ketidaksetujuan, serta tanggapan netral berupa kalimat pertanyaan atau jawaban dari netizen. Peneliti kemudian menemukan dua implikasi, yaitu implikasi positif yakni, netizen memuji ustadz Adi Hidayat, mendapatkan motivasi untuk semangat dalam beribadah dan lainnya. Adapun implikasi negatif timbul akibat perdebatan di kolom komentar YouTube hingga saling mencela.</em></p>Nijma Auliah SalsadilahDanial

<p><em>In the post-truth era, science and technology have undergone significant advancements. Technology has come to dominate various aspects of life. Social media is a positive outcome of technological progress, facilitating information acquisition and communication. However, alongside these benefits, the negative impacts of technological advancements are inevitable. For instance, social media platforms are often used to spread false news, hate speech, fraud, and other malicious activities. Such phenomena undoubtedly influence the character of the younger generation, who are predominantly active on social media. Young social media users, in particular, are more susceptible to these negative effects. This presents a challenge for social media users. To mitigate the rapid spread of these issues, a reinterpretation of the concept of social media usage as articulated in the Qur'an is necessary. In this study, the author employs a library research method to analyze the data. The data analyzed includes books, articles, journals, magazines, and other sources. Additionally, the author collects various verses from the Qur'an and Hadiths relevant to the topic. This research aims to elucidate the role of social media in strengthening the character of the Muslim generation. By adopting this concept, it is possible not only to shape the character of the Muslim youth but also to establish an ethical framework for social media use. Consequently, Muslim youths can critically evaluate the information disseminated through social media. Ultimately, social media can become a platform for spreading goodness and fostering the growth of Islam.</em></p>HelminaIcan Mandala

<p><em>This research examines the representation of women’s roles in the Koran through Roland Barthes’ semiotic deconstruction approach, with a focus on the QS. al-Ahqaf (46):15 and QS. al-Nisa (4):34. This research is a qualitative approach using Roland Barthes’ semiotic analysis, to reveal hidden layers of meaning in these sacred texts. QS. al-Ahqaf (46): 15 describes the role of women as mother figures who symbolize sacrifice, steadfastness, and compassion, as well as educating children with spiritual and moral values. Meanwhile, in QS. al-Nisa’ (4): 34 emphasizes the importance of respecting and appreciating the role of women in the context of the family and society. The results of this research show that the role of women in the Koran includes biological, spiritual, and emotional aspects. Barthes’ semiotic approach also helps reveal meanings that may be overlooked in traditional interpretations, as well as highlighting the importance of education, empowerment, collaboration, and protecting women’s human rights. This research provides new insights into the understanding of sacred texts in diverse contemporary contexts, as well as their interpretive implications for gender roles in Islamic societies.</em></p>Zuhriyandi

<p><em>This research was carried out to know what the Ibnu ‘Āsyūr maqāshid Al-Qur’an views on the transfer of the Indonesian National Capital. This study uses a type of qualitative research. This research is descriptive in nature. This research was also carried out through library research. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the transfer of the state capital to the Archipelago Capital is a necessity that needs to be implemented because it relates to maqāshid Al-Qur’an salah al-ahwal al-'imraniyyah, and maqsad al-islah al -siyasi or politics of the people. The Archipelago Capital was established based on five principles, namely: first, Indonesia-centric. Second, sustainable smart, and green city. Third, international standard modern city. Fourth, effective and efficient governance. And finally, the fifth is economic equality in the Eastern Region.
