Abstract

This study aims to develop a collaborative learning model to strengthen interdisciplinary Islamic Religious Education (PAI). The approach is designed to meet modern learning demands, which require students to collaborate, think critically, and integrate Islamic values with various scientific and social disciplines. The research employs a Research and Development (R&D) method, including needs analysis, model design, expert validation, and limited trials. Findings indicate that the collaborative learning model enhances students’ interdisciplinary understanding, group work skills, and reflective attitudes toward applying Islamic values in real-life contexts. Furthermore, the model increases students’ active participation and learning motivation. The study concludes that collaborative learning is an effective alternative for supporting the development of interdisciplinary PAI within educational settings.
