The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between the level of Perceived Organizational Support and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Wilayatul Hisbah Aceh Jaya Police members. The research method used is quantitative research. The sample used was 114 members of Satpol PP and WH Aceh Jaya, using the total sampling technique. Retrieval of data using a questionnaire measured on a likert scale and distribution to the sample. The data analysis used is Pearson Product Moment. The research results show that Pearson Product Moment analysis between POS and OCB in Satpol PP and WH Aceh Jaya members shows a positive correlation with the Pearson correlation value of 0.601. Improvements in POS perception tend to be followed by improvements in OCB behavior. A significance value (p) of 0.001 smaller than 0.05 indicates that this relationship is significant.
Nur Hasmalawati Samsoel Maulana Rizka Dara Vonna Copyright (c) 2025 Nosipakabelo: Jurnal Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam 2025-12-09 2025-12-09 6 02 43 50 10.24239/nosipakabelo.v6i02.4352 Analysis of the Effectiveness of Implementing Guidance and Counseling Services at SMPIT ‘Abdan Syakuro Lampu Iman https://jurnal.uindatokarama.ac.id/index.php/nosipakabelo/article/view/4372
Observation of Guidance and Counseling at SMPIT ‘Abdan Syakuro Lampu Iman aims to enable compilers to know and understand the implementation of BK services, ongoing programs at schools as well as supporting and inhibiting factors while BK services and programs are running. The data collection technique of this study used observation techniques and semi-structured interviews. The interviewees included a BK teacher and two 9th grade students. Based on the results of interviews with BK teachers and service students provided by Guidance and Counseling at the school, there are three services, namely personal services, social services and academic services. In order for this service to run effectively, BK teachers collaborate with homeroom teachers to work together to serve students' guidance and counseling needs. One of the challenges for BK teachers is that there are some students who are less cooperative with BK teachers. As for the statements of BK service students at SMPIT ‘Abdan Syakuro, it has gone well, such as serving students who want to consult on personal and other issues and helping students to develop their potential interests and talents. Overall, BK services at this school function well as a tool to develop students' potential and overcome problems, with the hope that they can continue to be optimized through a more intensive approach and ongoing cooperation
Arya Wiradarma Saputra Azzahra Arrohma Fairuz Sausan Kamil Fitria Nursani Rofifah Supriyadi Nur Aini farida Copyright (c) 2025 Nosipakabelo: Jurnal Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam 2025-12-09 2025-12-09 6 02 51 58 10.24239/nosipakabelo.v6i02.4372 Differences in Self-disclosure Levels between Real World and Cyberspace in Students with Introverted Personalities https://jurnal.uindatokarama.ac.id/index.php/nosipakabelo/article/view/4370
This research aims to understand the experiences of students with introverted personalities in carrying out self-disclosure (Self-disclosure) in two interaction contexts, namely the real world (face to face) and the virtual world (online). This research uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods that focus on subjective meaning of participants' experiences. The research subjects consisted of three Muhammadiyah University of Aceh students who had introverted personality tendencies and actively used social media. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews and non-participant observations, then analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Results show that introverted students find it easier to open up in cyberspace due to a sense of security, privacy, anonymity and control over self-expression, whereas in the real world self-openness is limited and selective. Cyberspace provides a safe space for expressing thoughts and feelings, while the real world becomes a means of building more authentic social relationships. The balance of self-openness in both contexts plays an important role in supporting healthy communication and the psychological well-being of introverted students.
RIZKY ALFARIZY Sri Nurhayati Selian Copyright (c) 2025 Nosipakabelo: Jurnal Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam 2025-12-09 2025-12-09 6 02 59 66 10.24239/nosipakabelo.v6i02.4370 Emotional Dynamics and Self-Identity of Boys in the Face of Losing Father Figures https://jurnal.uindatokarama.ac.id/index.php/nosipakabelo/article/view/4374
This research aims to understand in depth the dynamics of emotions and the formation of self-identity in boys who experience the loss of a father figure. The approach used was qualitative with phenomenological methods, through in-depth interviews with 3 male participants aged 19–21 years who lost their father due to various factors, such as divorce, death or neglect. The results showed that losing the father figure gave rise to negative emotions such as sadness, longing and loneliness, but over time the participants were able to manage these emotions through adaptive coping mechanisms such as prayer, self-reflection and social support from the mother, friends and the surrounding environment. This process plays a role in forming self-identity as an independent, responsible and highly empathetic man. The experience of loss actually becomes a turning point in strengthening moral values and emotional maturity, indicating positive growth after loss (post-traumatic growth). These findings confirm the importance of emotional support and a positive social environment for boys who have lost their father figure, in order to enable them to develop healthily from both psychological and social aspects.
Nabila Putri Sri Nurhayati Selian Copyright (c) 2025 Nosipakabelo: Jurnal Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam 2025-12-09 2025-12-09 6 02 67 76 10.24239/nosipakabelo.v6i02.4374 Analysis of Impact and Decision-Making Factors Affecting Alumni Working Outside Their Field of Study https://jurnal.uindatokarama.ac.id/index.php/nosipakabelo/article/view/4347
This study aims to analyze the impact and factors that influence the career decisions of alumni who work in fields unrelated to their majors, with a case study of alumni majoring in Islamic Guidance and Counseling (BKI) at the State Islamic University (UIN) Datokarama Palu. The phenomenon of mismatch between fields of study and the world of work is a major concern because it can have an impact on the psychological, social, and professional aspects of alumni. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with alumni who work outside the BKI field of study. The results show that alumni career decisions are influenced by internal factors such as changing personal interests and the need for self-actualization, as well as external factors such as limited job opportunities in their field of study, economic demands, and lack of career information. The impact of these decisions includes feelings of low self-confidence, social adjustment in new work environments, and limitations in developing professional skills in line with their fields of study.
Riski Adam Abdul Manab Copyright (c) 2025 Nosipakabelo: Jurnal Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam 2025-12-09 2025-12-09 6 02 88 98 10.24239/nosipakabelo.v6i02.4347 The Meaning of Love for Students from Broken Homes https://jurnal.uindatokarama.ac.id/index.php/nosipakabelo/article/view/4346
This study aims to analyze the meaning of love for students from broken homes by examining how their parents' divorce experiences influence their views, attitudes, and behaviors toward love. This study applies a qualitative method using descriptive research, with the aim of systematically and accurately investigating circumstances, facts, events, conditions, and specific matters, and is designed to describe the perspectives of students from broken homes at the Faculty of Ushuluddin Adab and Dakwah (FUAD) at the State Islamic University (UIN) Datokarama Palu. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and observations, then analyzed descriptively to find patterns and meanings contained in the subjects' experiences. The results of the study show that students from broken homes tend to experience emotional gaps in interpreting love, where most view love with doubt, fear of loss, and difficulty in building trust, although there are also those who use this experience as motivation to build a healthier and more responsible love. In conclusion, the experience of a broken home shapes a complex, ambivalent, and dynamic understanding of love, which ultimately influences how students navigate interpersonal relationships and plan their future family life.
Rizka Dwi Puspita Adam Abdul Manab Copyright (c) 2025 Nosipakabelo: Jurnal Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam 2025-12-09 2025-12-09 6 02 78 87 10.24239/nosipakabelo.v6i02.4346 Application Of Self-Management Techniques In Reducing Online Game Addiction Among Rural Teenagers https://jurnal.uindatokarama.ac.id/index.php/nosipakabelo/article/view/4344
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of applying self-management techniques in reducing online game addiction among adolescents in Tomoli Village, Toribulu District, Parigi Moutong Regency. Theoretically, this study is expected to contribute to the development of science, particularly for students at UIN Datokarama Palu and the Islamic Counseling Department, while practically it will benefit the community, adolescents, and parents in dealing with online game addiction so that adolescents can return to normal life. The study used a quantitative approach with a nonequivalent control group design, involving 10 adolescents with severe addiction levels based on the Game Addiction Scale for Adolescents (GASA). The sample was divided into a control group (5 adolescents without intervention) and an experimental group (5 adolescents with self-management intervention). Data analysis using SPSS version 27 showed a significant difference between the post-test results of the two groups, so it can be concluded that the self-management technique is effective in reducing online game addiction among adolescents in Tomoli Village.
Sri Wahyuni Nurwahida Alimuddin Rizqa Sabrina Badjarad Copyright (c) 2025 Nosipakabelo: Jurnal Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam 2025-12-09 2025-12-09 6 02 99 107 10.24239/nosipakabelo.v6i02.4344
