PENDIDIKAN HUKUM KELUARGA ISLAM BERBASIS MASJID UNTUK KETAHANAN KELUARGA MENGHADAPI JUDI ONLINE
Abstract
Online gambling has grown into a serious social problem that reaches the most private sphere of society, namely the family. When one family member is exposed to online gambling, family resilience is shaken through the failure to provide maintenance, escalating household conflict, and the threat of divorce. The root of this problem is not merely economic but also the low literacy of Islamic family law concerning rights, obligations, maintenance, and conflict resolution. This community service aims to answer how Islamic family law can build family resilience when one of its members is exposed to online gambling. The activity was carried out through Islamic family law counseling at Nurul Alif Mosque in Palu City, using an asset-based approach that places the mosque together with all its social and religious potential as the center of empowerment. The mosque based Islamic family law education model was designed through asset discovery, shared visioning, program design, and sustainable implementation. The results show growing family understanding of maintenance, the rights and obligations of spouses, and Islamic mechanisms of conflict resolution, alongside stronger awareness of the dangers of online gambling. This activity concludes that strengthening Islamic family law literacy through the mosque can foster family resilience while forming a preventive fortress against the impact of online gambling
