Abstract

Urban spatial development in Tavanjuka Village, Tatanga District, Palu City has driven up land values, yet the regulation of social-religious property is often neglected. Field evidence reveals that most waqf land assets, including active worship venues and vacant lands, lack formal legal verification because past transfers relied solely on verbal agreements without official administrative documents. This condition risks future ownership disputes involving donors' heirs. This community service under the Land Thematic Student Community Service (KKN-T) scheme aims to map, record, and reform the administrative legality of uncertified religious lands. The applied method combines land policy educational forums and spatial object tracking using the si-TAWAF digital platform developed by the regional office of ATR/BPN Central Sulawesi. The implementation successfully enhanced the legal awareness of asset managers (nazhir) and established a valid digital spatial database covering physical boundaries, legal documents, and actual land utilization. Supporting environmental cleanup campaigns effectively reinforced local social cohesion. The si-TAWAF digital innovation is concluded to accelerate land data validation, providing solid legal certainty for community religious assets.
