Abstract
Caring for the environment through the 1000 Trees program at Campus II UIN Datokarama Palu is one of the activities that must be implemented conceptually in dealing with the environmental crisis. This activity aims to deal with the environmental crisis. The method used in this activity is the participation action research method using a participatory rural appraisal approach. The methods and approaches used resulted in implementing greening activities in the campus II area carried out in cooperation. With this activity, it is hoped that it will raise more awareness among the Pombewe village community to protect and maintain their environment considering that the Pombewe village area is in an area vulnerable to being affected by floods and extreme hot weather. The greening must be carried out consistently to maintain the greening process taking place at Kampu II Pombewe so that the entire campus community can feel the benefits of this greening program.
