Abstract

One form of implementing community service that can be applied in society, especially rural areas, is digital-based Islamic literacy assistance. digital-based scientific literacy assistance activities are carried out using the Community Based Participatory Research method. and the approach taken is a partnership approach involving some members of the community and some from academic circles. This activity shows that on the one hand, society has a literacy culture that they are not aware of, and on the other hand, technological developments have delivered various kinds of information to society. so people need to equip themselves with digital literacy skills, especially digital-based Islamic literacy, which aims to make good use of them in accessing fast-paced information. Based on these conclusions, suggestions for the Kalukubula village government to pay more attention to digital-based literacy is becoming a trend in the community in Kalukubula village so that the literacy environment that has become an initial commitment can be maintained and run sustainably.
