This study aims to determine the model of internal communication in improving employee performance at the Regional Library and Archives Office of Tojo Una-Una Regency, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors. The research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies, while data analysis involved reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the Regional Library and Archives Office applies two types of internal communication: coordinative communication, which is carried out hierarchically, and general (persuasive) communication, which allows the Head of Office to interact directly with staff without bureaucratic channels, particularly for urgent, general, or motivational information. Supporting factors of internal communication include proactive leadership, the use of communication technology, and clear communication channels. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors consist of low employee discipline and inadequate facilities and infrastructure. It is recommended that evaluations and improvements be made in discipline management and the enhancement of work facilities to optimally support the achievement of organizational goals.
Moh. In Islam, the universe (al-‘ālamīn) is a sign of Allah's power (āyāt Allāh) that must be preserved and maintained. Currently, ecological damage is a sign of a spiritual and moral crisis. Therefore, a community development model based on values that reflect faith, trust, and ecological responsibility is needed. This study uses qualitative (library research) with a reflective theological-normative approach with qualitative analysis of primary Islamic sources, the Qur'an and Hadith, as well as contemporary literature. The results of the study show that the development of an ecotheology-oriented Islamic society can be achieved through the transformation of religious consciousness: ecotheology education and literacy, ecotheology cultural movements, green economy, and synergizing spiritual values in public policy.
Mokh. The results of the study indicate that the labor-intensive program has a positive impact, including: helping people find jobs and income, improving family welfare, creating a clean environment that supports Palu City in achieving the Adipura award, and providing business opportunities for participants. However, this program also faces obstacles such as late salary payments, a decreasing number of participants without new recruitment, and a lack of discipline among some participants. Overall, the labor-intensive program has proven to be beneficial in reducing unemployment, supporting economic independence, and improving the standard of living of the community, especially vulnerable groups such as the elderly and single mothers.
Ginatri Gina Samsinas Samsinas Hasriani Hasriani Murniati Ruslan Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Islamic Community and Development 2025-12-26 2025-12-26 4 2 80 96 10.24239/jicd.v4i2.4428 Sistem Pengelolaan Dana Zakat Pada Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kota Palu https://jurnal.uindatokarama.ac.id/index.php/jicd/article/view/4426
This research discusses “The Zakat Fund Management System at the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of Palu City.” The main problems are divided into several subtopics: (1) how the zakat collection system is implemented by BAZNAS Palu City, (2) how zakat distribution is carried out in Palu City, and (3) what obstacles and efforts are made by BAZNAS Palu City in managing zakat. The study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews with the PATBM chairperson and facilitators, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out interactively through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, accompanied by validity checks using triangulation of sources, methods, researchers, and theories. The findings show that facilitator strategies include emotional and psychological approaches, case reporting and facilitation, coordination with traditional institutions and local government, and monitoring of areas prone to child abuse. The activities implemented include socialization, case assistance, capacity building for facilitators and PATBM members, as well as voluntary and non-formal activities.
