Analisis Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Peningkatan Jumlah Penduduk Di Desa Topogaro Kecamatan Bungku Barat Kabupaten Morowali

The population of Topogaro Village based on the population projection for 2022 is only 1,832 people, compared to the population projection for 2023 of 3,886 people, the number has doubled from the previous year. The purpose of this study is: to determine the factors that influence the increase in population in Topogaro Village, and to determine the most dominant factor in the increase in population in Topogaro Village. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with secondary data obtained through documentation from the Topogaro Village Office and BPS Morowali. The results of the study indicate that: fertility, mortality, and migration are factors that influence the increase in population in Topogaro Village. And Migration is the most dominant factor influencing the increase in population in Topogaro Village in 2023. The suggestions from this study are: the village government needs to improve the accuracy of population records, especially regarding migration, public health programs need to be strengthened to maintain the balance of births and deaths, the village government needs to prepare data-based policies to deal with the surge in migration, further research needs to use a longer time span, research variables can be expanded such as education, economy, or local policies.

This study discusses the independence of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) grocery store owners in improving family economic conditions in Balaroa Village, West Palu District, Palu City. The study aims to analyze the level of financial independence of MSME actors in managing their businesses and fulfilling family economic needs. The method used is qualitative research with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed interactively through data reduction, presentation, and verification, and their validity was tested using source, technique, and time triangulation. The results show that the independence of business owners has a significant effect on improving family economic welfare. This independence is reflected in the ability to manage business capital separately from personal needs, organize stock and receivables properly, and build customer loyalty through good communication. The improvement in family welfare is indicated by increased assets, house renovations, vehicle ownership, and the ability to send children to higher levels of education. This study concludes that strong motivation and functional social networks are important factors in supporting the independence of grocery store MSMEs as a reinforcement of household economic stability.

Strategi Pengembangan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Matansala Untuk Meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Desa di Desa Matansala Kecamatan Bungku Tengah Kabupaten Morowali

Village development is an important part of national development that aims to create an independent, prosperous, and sustainable society. With the existence of village development efforts in an area, the economy of the wider community will be achieved. This is due to the strong contribution of the rural economy, which has an impact on the welfare of the wider community. Research Objectives To determine and reveal strategies in increasing the original income of Matansala Village. To determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in developing the Matansala BUMDes. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a field study approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of informants consisting of the village government, BUMDes administrators, and members. The results of the study indicate that the BUMDes development strategy in Matansala Village is carried out through strengthening and managing several main business units, namely savings and loan units, tourism units based on mangrove tourism potential, and food security units in the form of laying hen businesses. The development of these business units contributes to increasing PADes while opening employment opportunities and increasing the income of the village community.

Implementasi Program Keluarga Harapan dalam Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Miskin di Kelurahan Tatura Selatan Kecamatan Palu Selatan Kota Palu

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH), Indonesia's conditional cash transfer program, in empowering poor communities in South Tatura Village, South Palu District, Palu City, and to identify the factors influencing its implementation. The study employed a qualitative approach using primary data collected through interviews and secondary data obtained from books, documents, reports, legislation, and other relevant sources. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research informants consisted of the Village Head, PKH facilitators, and 10 PKH beneficiary families. The findings indicate that the implementation of PKH has been carried out gradually in accordance with the program guidelines, including the identification of target households, the distribution of conditional cash assistance, and mentoring for beneficiaries. The program has had positive impacts, including improved access to health and education services, enhanced household skills in resource management, and positive changes in the socio-economic behavior of the community. The study also suggests that updating the data of prospective Beneficiary Families (KPM) should be optimized through direct field verification by PKH facilitators to ensure that program participants genuinely meet the established eligibility criteria.

Peran Pemerintah Desa Dalam Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Petani di Desa Mayajaya Kecamatan Pamona Selatan Kabupaten Poso

Penelitian ini berjudul ”Peran Pemerintah Desa dalam Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Petani di Desa Mayajaya Kecamatan Pamona Selatan Kabupaten Poso” Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis peran Pemerintah dalam Pemberdayaan Petani di Desa Mayajaya Kecamatan Pamona Selatan Kabupaten Poso serta mendidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor Pemerintah Desa dalam Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Petani Masyarakat di Desa Mayajaya Kecamatan Pamona Selatan Kabupaten Poso. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dan pendekatan deskriptif. Terdapat 2 jenis data utama yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik, observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran pemerintah Desa dalam pemberdayaan Petani, sebagai pengawas dan pengarah, sebagai fasilitator, sebagai pemberi informasi, serta pemerintah melakukan evaluasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pemerintah Desa Mayajaya memiliki peran penting dalam memberdayakan petani melalui pengawasan, pengarahan, fasilitasi, dan pemberian informasi.
