To overcome the above problems, it is necessary to support and assist the development of UMK in Bulak village. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge, awareness and skills of stakeholders in Bulak Village on the importance of the Business Identification Number (NIB) for MSEs in increasing the economic resilience of the region. Service activities are carried out through focus group discussion, counseling and question and answer methods. The results obtained in this study indicate that many MSEs do not have business legality, because they do not understand the importance of a business license and how to manage it. So it takes escort by the closest stakeholders or the relevant government in providing information about the benefits of having a business license (NIB), why you have to have an NIB, how to get an NIB, and motivating stakeholders to encourage MSEs to get business permits.</p> Luluk Latifah Latifah; Dede Nasrullah, Fatkur Huda Copyright (c) 2024 Luluk Latifah Latifah; Dede Nasrullah, Fatkur Huda https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://jurnal.uindatokarama.ac.id/index.php/jcsebif/article/view/3020 Sun, 30 Jun 2024 00:00:00 +0000 Building Student Competencies through Socialization of Digital Transformation and HR Development in the Age of Technology https://jurnal.uindatokarama.ac.id/index.php/jcsebif/article/view/3328 <p>This community service aims to build student competencies in facing the challenges of digital transformation and human resource development (HR) in the technological era. However, limited access to financing sources that suit their needs is a significant obstacle for MSMEs in developing their businesses. This research explores the role of Islamic banking as an alternative solution in supporting the development of MSMEs. Through community service activities at SMA 1 Sidue, we delivered material on Islamic banking and developing MSMEs to 100 student participants. An interactive lecture method was used to improve understanding, followed by a discussion session to encourage active participation of the participants. The evaluation results showed an increase in students' understanding of Islamic banking, including financing products that comply with Sharia principles and the challenges and opportunities faced by MSMEs. This activity is expected to educate MSME players on the benefits of Islamic banking and strengthen their capacity to access more ethical financing. Thus, Islamic banking can be a strategic partner for MSMEs, assisting them in sustainable business growth and development.</p> Noval, Abdul Jalil, Ahmad Haekal, Fatma, Khusnul Khatimah, Muh.
