The research focuses on identifying the challenges, implementing the process, and measuring its outcomes. Employing a qualitative-descriptive approach, primary data were collected through field observations and interviews with relevant respondents. The data were then analyzed using data reduction, presentation, and conclusion-drawing techniques. The findings indicate that implementing the tajribi method involves several key steps. First, teachers act as role models by demonstrating polite behavior and modest attire while fostering students’ cooperation, discipline, and obedience to support character building. Second, students are habituated to perform congregational prayers and recite the Qur'an to achieve indicators of religious attitudes. Third, students are encouraged to practice greeting others as a form of social interaction aligned with Islamic teachings. Fourth, polite speech is emphasized as part of character development. The application of this method has shown significant improvements in students' religious attitudes, including increased discipline, punctuality, memorization of the 30th juz of the Qur'an, and active participation in congregational prayers. Using a qualitative field research approach, the study incorporates normative theological, pedagogical, and psychological perspectives to explore moral value internalization comprehensively. Data were gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings show: The planning stage involves habituation activities, scheduling, and setting rules. Implementation focuses on simple, consistent daily activities suited to students’ abilities. Supporting factors include students’ interest, age, educators’ guidance, and parental involvement. Challenges stem from students’ lack of awareness, fatigue, limited facilities, time constraints, and environmental influences. The novelty of this research lies in employing the <em>tajribi</em> method as a sustainable approach that integrates parental and teacher collaboration in character building. The research method used is descriptive analytical with a juridical, normative, and sharia approach, and combines field research and library research. Data were collected through interviews with judges and documentation of related decisions. The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis, which involves grouping and interpreting data according to the principles of Maqashid Syariah. The results of the study indicate that the considerations taken by judges are based on the aim of maintaining the welfare of children, such as moral protection and long-term welfare in line with maqashid sharia. The uniqueness of this study lies in the application of Imam Al-Syatibi's maqashid theory in analyzing judges' considerations after the enactment of Law No. 16 of 2019 concerning marriage, especially regarding marriage dispensation as a solution to address guardians' concerns about children amidst today's free association. This study recommends strengthening judges' understanding of the maqashid sharia in marriage dispensation to be more consistent in achieving the community's welfare. In addition, policy reform is needed to tighten dispensation granting by considering adolescents' social and moral development. This study aims to analyze the form of learning difficulties of students in Islamic Religious Education subjects in the implementation of the Independent Curriculum, the causal factors, and the role of teachers in overcoming these difficulties. This study is a qualitative descriptive study with a pedagogical and psychological approach, observation data collection techniques, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that learning difficulties experienced by students include difficulties in focusing attention, remembering, language, thinking, and adapting to independent learning and collaboration skills. The factors causing these difficulties include internal factors such as low learning motivation, poor learning habits, emotions, and fatigue, as well as external factors such as family influence, school environment (diverse teacher understanding of the Independent Curriculum, limited facilities, and a large number of students), and community environment (socialization, habits of playing gadgets, and dominant regional languages). Recommendations from this study include increasing support for facilities through the Independent Curriculum and training for teachers to understand new approaches. Teachers are also encouraged to implement various learning strategies to meet students' needs. Support from parents in reducing the influence of gadgets and strengthening the use of Indonesian at home is also important. The focus of this study includes. Strategy of habituation of humility in moral education of students and Implications of habituation of humility in the moral education of students. This research is qualitative descriptive, data sources come from the supervisor of the Islamic boarding school, head of campus, head of Islamic boarding school, and students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation then analyzed. The results of the study show that moral education in habituating humility is used through Role models, the Habituation of reading books and discipline of worship, Mauidzah Hashanah, Guidance, and counseling. The implications of the habituation of humility can be seen through communication patterns, interaction patterns, and daily activities of students. 1) politeness when speaking, 2) Tabe when passing in front of the teacher, 3) shaking hands when meeting, and 4) being humble by respecting and honoring each other. To enrich this research, the recommendation that needs to be added is that an integrative approach in moral education needs to be strengthened by including the values ​​of humility in all aspects of the lives of students. So sirri marriage leaves a very complicated problem for the perpetrators, not only legal problems but also psychological and sociological problems concerning the future of children, regarding guardians in marriage and inheritance status. The purpose of this writing is so that we can find out what and how the impact of sirri marriage is. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach in reading and assessing the phenomenon of sirri marriage in society. The data sources in this study come from several books, journals, theses, articles, or scientific papers. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using critical analysis techniques. The results of this study state that unregistered marriage in Islamic law in several conventional fiqh books can be interpreted as a marriage that is hidden because it does not fulfill the pillars and requirements for a valid marriage and is based on the traditions of Arab countries at that time. In the end, an unregistered marriage can be understood as a marriage that has fulfilled the provisions of Islamic law but is not widely announced through a wedding party (walīmah al-‘ursy). The type of research used is library research, with a theological-normative, sharia and historical approach. This study uses data collection methods in the form of quoting, filtering and analyzing using content analysis of representative literature that is relevant to the problem discussed, then reviewing and concluding it. The results of this study are an analysis of the status of non-Muslim citizenship in Indonesia according to Nahdlatul Ulama categorized as non-Muslim citizens. In fiqh that limits the rights of non-Muslims does not apply in the concept of a nation state implemented in Indonesia. Therefore, this study recommends that political and religious categorization not be monopolized by one particular entity or group. Through the journey of Monkey D. Luffy and his friends in search of the legendary treasure “One Piece," this anime depicts the idea of ​​heroism as a dedication to fighting injustice. This study aims to analyze and identify the values ​​of heroism manifested in the main characters of the anime, especially in the Wano Arc. This study uses a qualitative method with a content analysis approach. Data were obtained through data collection techniques based on literature reviews by analyzing texts in One Piece, especially volumes 900-1084, which tell the Wano arc. Data analysis techniques were carried out by examining elements of heroism such as courage, responsibility, solidarity, and never giving up shown by the main characters. The results of the study show that the Wano Arc consistently displays heroic values ​​through the struggle against oppression and injustice, which provides inspiration and relevance for the younger generation in facing social challenges in the contemporary era. Using a literature review method, this research examines various academic publications and credible reports discussing the contributions of BPRS to MSME development. The findings indicate that BPRS plays a significant role by providing sharia-based financing such as murabahah and musharakah, which help MSMEs overcome capital constraints. Furthermore, BPRS serves as a social intermediary by providing training and consultations to enhance MSME capacities. The advantage of the profit-sharing system implemented by BPRS offers flexibility for MSMEs without the burden of fixed interest, encouraging productivity and business sustainability. However, the study also identifies several challenges, such as limited working capital, the need for product innovation, and low financial literacy among MSMEs. These findings highlight that BPRS impacts not only at the microeconomic level but also contributes to local economic development through increased job absorption, regional GDP growth, and reduced economic inequality. The data collected is then analyzed inductively by identifying patterns, themes, and concepts that emerge from the data. The purpose of this literature is to determine the effect of the learning system on students' understanding of the material. The results of this study indicate that the learning system implemented by MAN 1 Medan School is good, but some students are not yet compatible with the existing learning system. The learning system that is set greatly influences the understanding of the material absorbed by students.
