Abstract

Religious Courts play a crucial role in the resolution of sharia economic disputes in Indonesia. In this context, the court functions not only as a conflict resolution institution but also as a mediator ensuring compliance with sharia principles. This research aims to explore in-depth the role, challenges, and effectiveness of Religious Courts in resolving sharia economic disputes, as well as to provide recommendations for improving the dispute resolution system in the future.
