The main data sources come from relevant scientific journals discussing the integration of technology in Islamic education. Data analysis techniques are carried out through the steps of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity is maintained by triangulating between sources and critically assessing each reference used. The results of the study indicate that the integration of technology in Islamic education not only supports learning efficiency but also serves as a strategic tool for instilling Islamic values contextually. Furthermore, holistic education based on Islamic values can be a solution in maintaining the spiritual dimension of students amidst the rapid flow of digital information.
