LEARNING INNOVATION OF ISLAMIC EDUCATION BASED ON CHILDREN’S LEARNING CHARACTER

Abstract

lslmic Education is a subject in the school that studies the Islamic religion, manners and morals in society. Indeed, lsamic Education is important as a religious and moral foundation for students. For this reason, learning innovation is needed so that Islamic Education subject is not monotonous and generates great interest to the students. Therefore, Islamic Education expected to be well received and become a long-term memory so that it is applied according to the learning objectives. As generation of people with morals are not impossible for the country in the future. This research raises the formulation of the problem regarding how learning innovations in Islamic Education subject improves the quality of student learning so that they are able to apply the learning objectives as expected. The research uses qualitative method with case studies. The research is expected to provide implications for learning innovation not only in Islamic Education but also to other subjects in order to improve the student learning and education quality in Indonesia.
