Process Of Education In Islam

Abstract

Education is the main medium in transferring knowledge to the next generation. In connection with the title of this article, the Process of Education in Islam, the Qur'an and hadith have regulated the education system in answering three problems, namely: 1. What is the basic concept of Islamic Education? 2. To what extent are the limits of the Islamic Education environment? 3. What is the Islamic Education Method?

The three problems mentioned above are interrelated, that the concept of Islamic education is: 1. Guided by the Al-Qur'an and al-Hadith as well as Ulama who have experience in educating 2. The boundaries of the Islamic education environment consist of the family environment (informal), the community environment (non-formal) and the school environment (formal). 3. Educational methods can be adjusted according to the age of the students.

The process of education in Islam is inseparable from the quality of human resources to provide the concept of running education in Islam, to be able to classify the boundaries of the educational environment and to be able to formulate educational methods so that education itself is successful and sustainable.
