Management of Al-Qur'an Learning at One Day One Juz Palu Community

Abstract

Learning the Qur'an can be found anywhere, one of which is through non-formal education. Like the Al-Qur'an education park or community that teaches about the Qur'an, it is a non-formal educational institution that participates in advancing and educating the nation's children, both in moral and religious education. Seeing the current phenomenon which is the low level of reading the Qur'an in society, the low understanding of the knowledge of the Qur'an. Then there are communities to spread Islam, one of which is the community One Day One Juz This hammer. In this regard, this research departs from the problem of how the managerial system of learning Al-Qur'an in the community One Day One Juz Palu. The method used is qualitative. The results of the study stated that there are 4 learning managements in this community, namely planning in which the administrators hold meetings to make work programs for learning the Qur'an, organizing in which the administrator's group members of recitations in the Whatsapp group into 4 recitation programs, leadership which is a leader provide guidance and motivation for members in learning the Qur'an, and supervision where the admin in carrying out his duties to supervise members of recitations in the form of personal contacting members so that they are always istiqomah in the Qur'an.
